Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When you book a service, I set aside that time to give you my full attention. Because of this, last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact my ability to serve other clients. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the total service amount. • No-shows will also be charged 50% of the total service amount. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so I can fill your spot.
