Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When you book a service, I set aside that time to give you my full attention. Because of this, last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact my ability to serve other clients. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the total service amount and the 3.5% processing fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the total service amount and the 3.5% processing fee. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so I can fill your spot. I completely understand that life happens, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate when I can — but respecting this policy helps keep my business running smoothly and fair for everyone.
