Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When you book a service, I set aside that time to give you my full attention. Because of this, last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact my ability to serve other clients. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the total service amount and the 3.5% processing fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the total service amount and the 3.5% processing fee. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so I can fill your spot. I completely understand that life happens, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate when I can — but respecting this policy helps keep my business running smoothly and fair for everyone. Refund Policy: All services are final sale. No refunds will be issued for services that have been completed. If you experience an issue with your service, please contact me within 72 hours so I can evaluate it and, if appropriate, schedule a complimentary adjustment.
